Cutting-Edge Technology

The Premium™ Wall Panel Plus is manufactured using a string of automated assembly lines. This cutting-edge technology employs a sandwich concept, where a high-pressure mix of chemicals is injected to form a rigid polyurethane foam. The foam is then clad with moving metal sheet panels placed on the upper and lower sections. The finished products are cut to length and sent to the auto stacking station for packing. The mixed chemical used, also known as the foaming agent, is eco-friendly, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
